Randy Farber is a Principal and Managing Partner of Farber Consulting Group, Inc. During his 25+ year career in health care, he has gained extensive background in managed care, having held statewide and national positions for several Fortune 100 companies. He is also well-founded in practice operations having served as CEO of two large multi-specialty groups and two multi-site Oncology networks.

Randy is an alumnus of the UCLA School of Public Health and holds a Master of Science degree in Health Administration. He is a part-time faculty member at California State University, Northridge where he teaches a graduate course on Managed Care.

He and his wife, Patty, are devoted Bruin basketball fans and active volunteers for the UCLA Alumni Association Scholarship program, having endowed a scholarship in the family name.

Monica Sanfilippo is a Principal of Farber Consulting Group, Inc. With an extensive background in health care and human resources, Monica heads the Human Resources and Recruiting arms of Farber Consulting Group, Inc. Monica has extensive experience in the hospital and outpatient setting, having served as the senior Human Resources director in both environments.

Monica is an alumna of the University of Southern California, and received human resources management certification from UCLA. She is also a professional member of Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) and Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

She and her husband, Robert, spend their “free” time enjoying the company of their triplets and collecting vintage pottery.
